Product Description

The TK-OAV061 (Part Number: TK-OAV061) is a high-precision isolated analog output module designed for Honeywell Experion PKS and Series A I/O systems. It provides six independent voltage output channels, each capable of delivering stable 0–10 VDC control signals to field devices such as control valves, actuators, and variable frequency drives (VFDs).

Each channel features galvanic isolation, protecting the controller backplane from ground loops, noise coupling, and field-side electrical faults. With a fast 2 ms update time and 12-bit resolution, the TK-OAV061 delivers deterministic performance suitable for fast-response process loops in demanding industrial environments including chemical processing, oil refining, and power generation.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are the output channels independently isolated?
Yes. Each output channel is galvanically isolated, preventing faults or noise on one loop from affecting other channels or the controller.

Does the TK-OAV061 support 4–20 mA outputs?
No. The TK-OAV061 is a voltage-only (0–10 VDC) output module. For current loop applications, a dedicated analog current output module (such as the TK-OAI161) should be used.
