• Price upon Request: As a B2B supplier, prices are not fixed and are provided via official quotations.

• Validity: Quotations are generally valid for 7–14 days due to market fluctuations in industrial electronics.

• Currency: All transactions are processed in USD unless otherwise specified.

3. Order and Payment

• Payment Terms: Full payment is typically required prior to shipment (T/T, Wire Transfer, or other agreed methods).

• Order Confirmation: An order is considered official only after a Proforma Invoice (PI) is issued and payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping and Global Delivery

• Shipping Methods: We provide global shipping to 150+ countries via DHL, FedEx, UPS, or TNT.

• Dispatch: In-stock items are available for Same-Day Dispatch.

• Customs and Duties: The buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees in the destination country.

5. Product Condition and Authenticity

• 100% Original: We guarantee all components are 100% Brand New and factory-sealed.

• No Used Parts: SpareOil Automation does not sell used, refurbished, or counterfeit products.

• Documentation: Products are shipped with original factory documentation where applicable.

6. Warranty and Liability

• 12-Month Warranty: All products are covered by a standard 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

• Limitation of Liability: SpareOil Automation is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages (such as production loss) resulting from part failure.

7. Export Compliance

The buyer agrees to comply with all applicable export control laws and regulations. Our products must not be used for any prohibited purposes or sold to sanctioned regions.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China.
