• Standard Processing: Orders for other stocked components are typically processed within 1-2 business days.

• Secure Packaging: All products are shipped in their original factory-sealed packaging with extra industrial-grade protection to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

• Real-Time Tracking: You will receive a tracking number and detailed shipping documentation via email as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

International Delivery & Customs

Please be advised that delivery times vary depending on the destination and are subject to local customs clearance procedures.

• Customs & Taxes: Import duties, taxes, and customs clearance fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

• Compliance: All shipments comply with international export regulations and the local laws of the destination country.

Shipping Modifications

If you need to update your shipping address or preferred delivery method, please contact our team immediately at pambo@5gplc.com. Please note that modifications cannot be made once the package has been handed over to the carrier.

Lost or Damaged Packages

We take extreme care in packaging industrial modules. In the rare event that a package is lost or arrives damaged:

1. Please contact us within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery.

2. Provide photos of the outer box and the internal factory seals.

3. We will work directly with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure your replacement or refund is handled promptly.
